Home prices increased in Seattle (unincorporated) during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $30,755 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,755 - a 7% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in the first half of 2019.
