Pricing for the median home in Milton decreased during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Milton fell by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $464,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Milton in the first half of 2019.
