Rising home prices in Seatac in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Seatac rose by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $403,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Seatac in the first half of 2019.
