How did home prices perform in Covington during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Covington rose by $44,500 while total sales increased by 39.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $415,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Covington in the second half of 2019.
