The second quarter of 2020: Bellevue experienced a 8.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Bellevue fell by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 240 homes sold in Bellevue in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,881, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
