Issaquah median home prices rose by 6.9% in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Issaquah rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $935,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $875,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Issaquah in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
