Bothell home prices rose in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Bothell rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $692,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Bothell in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
