The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in North Bend fell by $3,525 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $691,475 - a 0.5% decrease over the $695,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in North Bend in the second quarter of 2019.
