Shoreline home prices rose in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Shoreline rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Shoreline in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
