Rising home prices in Lea Hill (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Lea Hill (unincorporated) rose by $175,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.
