Adams County WA Clerk issued the following on Oct. 8

Adams County Planning Commission Trial online Work Shop

The public is invited to attend this trial online meeting.

The Commission will be working to try and get all members attending from their homes into the meeting room.

The commission plans to address a possible agenda for their regular business meeting held on the 4th Thursday each month, provided the outcome of this trial event.

We are trying to use HPE My Room, which you can find in you App Store for ether (I) phone, I pad etc. or your google App store for Android devices, or you may use the following link https://www.myroom.hpe.com/Download  by typing this into your search.

Only a laptop or PC, Mac computer will be able to use video by all devices should see displays.

Another option we will be trying is a phone link which will only allow you to hear the meeting, and talk but only when we have turned on you speaking ability from the room.

For this meeting all mic's will be on so please be mindful of this fact.  

If you can not get connected please call the office and we will try and walk you though the meeting.

The room will open at 9:30 a.m.

Any connection disrupting the meeting may be first silenced or ejected from the meeting if we can not control the disruption from your connection.

If your ejected from the room you may reenter the room, provided you have corrected the disturbance.

Please remember this is a trial meeting, and its main purpose is to get folks connected and test the system.
