Bellevue home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Bellevue rose by $23,100 while total sales increased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 641 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,150,000 - a 2% increase over the $1,126,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 550 homes sold in Bellevue in 2018.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,881, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2019.
