North Bend home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in North Bend rose by $39,750 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $667,250 - a 6.3% increase over the $627,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in North Bend in 2018.
