Kenmore home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Kenmore fell by $22,475 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $672,475 median sale price for the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Kenmore in 2018.
