Duvall home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Duvall rose by $46,671 while total sales decreased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $646,621 - a 7.8% increase over the $599,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Duvall in 2018.
