Seatac home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Seatac rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $403,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $382,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Seatac in 2018.
