Snoqualmie home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Snoqualmie fell by $74,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 10.5% decrease over the $709,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Snoqualmie in November 2018.
