Covington home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Covington rose by $96,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $441,500 - a 28% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Covington in November 2018.
