Federal Way home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Federal Way rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Federal Way in November 2018.
