Seatac home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Seatac rose by $74,450 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $414,950 - a 21.9% increase over the $340,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Seatac in November 2018.
