Pacific home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Pacific rose by $9,950 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,950 - a 3.2% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pacific in November 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Pacific for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,852, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
