Shoreline home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Shoreline rose by $29,800 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,750 - a 4.8% increase over the $615,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Shoreline in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
