Issaquah home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Issaquah fell by $197,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $797,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Issaquah in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
