Renton home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Renton rose by $154,000 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $593,000 - a 35.1% increase over the $439,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Renton in December 2018.
