Seatac home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Seatac rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $428,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Seatac in December 2018.
