Mercer Island home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Mercer Island rose by $465,500 while total sales increased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,765,500 - a 35.8% increase over the $1,300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mercer Island in March 2019.
