Sammamish home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Sammamish rose by $141,500 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $969,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $827,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Sammamish in March 2019.
