Shoreline home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Shoreline rose by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $560,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Shoreline in March 2019, as well.
