Seatac home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Seatac rose by $150,888 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,888 - a 39.7% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Seatac in March 2019.
