The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) rose by $262,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $817,500 - a 47.3% increase over the $555,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
