Kenmore home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Kenmore fell by $10,950 while total sales decreased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $639,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $649,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Kenmore in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kenmore for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,352, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
