The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Renton (unincorporated) rose by $20,050 while total sales increased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $479,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Renton (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
