The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in South Federal Way (unincorporated) rose by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $378,250 - a 3.6% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in South Federal Way (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
