Bothell (unincorporated) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $30,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $695,000 - a 4.5% increase over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
