Issaquah home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Issaquah rose by $76,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 27 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $911,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $835,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Issaquah in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
