Kenmore home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Kenmore rose by $75,500 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $677,500 - a 12.5% increase over the $602,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Kenmore in the first quarter of 2019.
