Auburn home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Auburn rose by $27,025 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $372,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Auburn in the first quarter of 2019.
