The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Seatac rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $403,000 – a 2.8% increase over the $392,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Seatac in the second half of 2018.
