Gabriela Pessoni, MHA, has been named to Marquis Who’s Who, according to a May 13 announcement. The selection is based on factors such as position, accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in the field.

This recognition highlights the importance of leadership and innovation in senior living. Pessoni currently serves as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Priority Life Care since 2025, overseeing regional growth strategies focused on occupancy development and resident experience initiatives across multiple communities.

Her career includes roles such as Regional Sales Specialist at Priority Life Care from 2024 to 2025 and Senior Sales and Marketing Director at Senior Living Management from 2023 to 2024. In these positions, she contributed to increased community visibility and occupancy growth while maintaining a focus on resident satisfaction. Earlier positions include Associate Executive Director in Maitland, Florida, where she managed multi-department operations within continuum-of-care communities.

Pessoni also held leadership roles with American House Senior Living Communities in Michigan. She assisted with implementing the “Love is Ageless” memory care program that expanded into more than 60 communities nationwide. Her early experience began as an Administrative Assistant Intern at Rivertown Assisted Living in Detroit.

Beyond senior living management, Pessoni worked as Assistant General Manager at Drury Hotels in St. Louis from 2020 to 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Long-Term Care Administration from Madonna University (2017) and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global (2021). She has completed certifications through University of California Irvine and University of Michigan among others.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish—and studying Italian—Pessoni brings multicultural skills to her work. “Driven by a deep respect for older adults and a passion for improving quality of life,” the announcement said she remains committed to service excellence while empowering seniors and their families.
