The Central Washington University Symphony Orchestra will present an Alumni Celebration Concert on Sunday, June 7, at 4 p.m. in the McIntyre Music Building.
The concert, which will take place in the Hertz Concert Hall, will feature more than 80 program alumni. The event also marks two significant anniversaries: Dr. Nikolas Caoile’s 20 years as Director of Orchestras and professors Carrie Rehkopf and John Michel’s 35 years as string faculty members.
Sunday’s program is set to include selections from Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 3, with Dr. Melissa Schiel performing as mezzo-soprano.
Tickets are priced at $15 for general admission and $10 for CWU students, alumni, and senior citizens aged 65 or older. Tickets can be purchased through Wildcat Tickets or at the door.
For further information about the event, attendees are encouraged to email Dr. Caoile at nikolas.caoile@cwu.edu.
